For schools not named Tennessee in the SEC, the 2021 recruiting cycle is off to a bit of a slow start.

However, there is still plenty of time left for top players to make their choices. On Wednesday, 247Sports updated its composite rankings for recruits, and that caused some shifting in the standings when it comes to top recruiting classes.

Below, you can see where each of the 14 schools currently stands in the national recruiting picture:

  • No. 2 — Tennessee
  • No. 8 — Florida
  • No. 11 — LSU
  • No. 17 — Georgia
  • No. 21 — Auburn
  • No. 23 — Alabama
  • No. 24 — Texas A&M
  • No. 28 — Arkansas
  • No. 36 — Mizzou
  • No. 45 — Mississippi State
  • No. 47 — Kentucky
  • No. 59 — South Carolina
  • No. 73 — Vanderbilt
  • No. 80 — Ole Miss

Again, there’s still time for these rankings to drastically change. Eight of the top 10 players in the 2021 class haven’t committed yet, so keep an eye on these rankings moving forward.
