South Carolina WR Bryan Edwards announces 2019 plans
The South Carolina Gamecocks are losing star WR Deebo Samuel to the 2019 NFL Draft, as he was a senior this fall.
Many were wondering if fellow WR Bryan Edwards would follow Samuel to the pro ranks or return to Columbia for once last ride with the Gamecocks.
On Tuesday evening, Edwards announced his choice, and he’ll be joining QB Jake Bentley and others who are going to return to South Carolina in 2019. As you can see in the tweet below, he announced his decision using a popular clip from “Wolf of Wall Street”:
Enjoy y’all Tuesday nights. You can stop asking me now. pic.twitter.com/X3YhW7ELIL

Getting Edwards back is huge for the South Carolina offense, and he’ll be a big part of what the Gamecocks are able to do next fall.
In 2018, Edwards had 55 catches for 846 yards and seven touchdowns.
