Former Arkansas head coach Chad Morris is now coaching powerhouse Allen High School in Texas.

However, he’s now on the wrong side of history there, too.

Allen High School has a state of the art $60 million football stadium, and it hadn’t lost at home since 2010 and had a ridiculous 84-game home winning streak.

Until Friday night.

Morris’ Allen High School got smoked 41-20 by Atascocita, which is near Houston. Allen High School is now 1-1 on the season.

Prior to coaching in college, Morris coached Texas high school football for 15 years before getting his first college assistant job at Tulsa in 2010. Following Tulsa, Morris went to Clemson where he was the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach.

Morris got his first college head coaching job at SMU in 2015. He was then hired at Arkansas in 2018, where he proceeded to go 4-18 in 2 seasons before getting fired. Last year, Morris was the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach for Gus Malzahn’s Auburn team.
