After going undrafted in the 2017 NFL Draft, former Texas A&M WR Ricky Seals-Jones was signed by the Arizona Cardinals.

He saw some action in the preseason, but was relegated to the practice squad before the start of the regular season.

Now, though, the converted tight end has been promoted to the team’s active roster and may get his first NFL action on Monday night, according to Pro Football Talk.

Seals-Jones will fill in for injured TE Jermaine Gresham, who has been listed as questionable for Monday night’s game against the Dallas Cowboys.

The Cardinals have two other tight ends — Troy Niklas and Ifeanyi Momah — on the roster, and those two should get most of the snaps on Monday night.

However, it wouldn’t be surprising to see Seals-Jones get at least a few snaps if all goes well.
