The LSU Tigers have been one of the hottest teams in the SEC since starting the year a disappointing 3-2, and will now try to end the season on a positive note by beating Texas A&M on Saturday night in Baton Rouge.

However, the Aggies are also playing for a better bowl berth and currently have a 7-4 record. Therefore, both teams will be hungry to enter the bowl season on a high note.

As you can see in the video below, Texas A&M WR Christian Kirk is excited for the challenge and says it’ll come down to whether the Aggies can execute their game plan or not:

“It’d mean a lot,” he said. “We haven’t beat LSU in five or six years. It’s definitely a big-time game and it’s always a big-time matchup. If we go out there and execute, we know we can come out with a win.”

Indeed, the Aggies haven’t defeated the Tigers since joining the SEC back in 2012, so a win would do a lot for the team’s confidence. However, it’s easier said than done to go into Baton Rouge and leave with a win.

If Kirk makes a big play or two, though, the Aggies could come out on top.
