The Tennessee Volunteers have a mess at the quarterback position, and it doesn’t seem to be getting much better as we head into the final stretch of the 2020 season.

Starter Jarrett Guarantano has been ineffective and banged up. Brian Maurer and Harrison Bailey haven’t gotten much work in a backup role, either.

On Wednesday evening, coach Jeremy Pruitt provided an update on Guarantano’s health. He said the starter is back to being 100% healthy:

That’s good news for the Vols heading into this weekend’s game against a tough Auburn squad.

Guarantano has thrown for 953 yards, 6 touchdowns and 3 interceptions for the Vols thus far in 2020.
