Kevin O’Connell is starting to see what Tennessee fans have known about Josh Dobbs since college.

Dobbs led the Minnesota Vikings to another win in Week 10 over the New Orleans Saints. Dobbs had 268 yards passing, 44 yards rushing, and 2 touchdowns in the 27-19 win.

O’Connell couldn’t say enough about how Dobbs’ mobility has done for the offense since Kirk Cousins’ Achilles injury.

“Josh in two starts has shown us what mobility, in addition to what we do offensively, can do for us in this tough time where we’re trying to overcome the loss of Kirk.” coach Kevin O’Connell said via ESPN.

The crazy thing is that O’Connell is still just getting to know Dobbs after 2 starts. The offense is humming in Minnesota under Dobbs.

“I thought it was a pretty outstanding day from Josh and the best thing about it is we’re all still getting to know each other and getting a comfort level where we can continue to apply layers to this thing to try to be as successful as we can be on offense.” said O’Connell.

Dobbs has a chance to improve to 3-0 as the starter with the Denver Broncos on Sunday Night Football up next.

That game will be at 8:25 p.m. ET on NBC.
