Tennessee’s coaching search continues to drag on, even after Phillip Fulmer replaced John Currie as the Volunteers’ athletic director.

However, though Fulmer has yet to find a new head coach, there haven’t been as many embarrassing headlines coming out of Knoxville since he took over on Friday.

The Rock on Tennessee’s campus, which often has messages about the football team, makes it clear what fans are thinking now. As of Sunday night, The Rock was voicing support for former LSU coach Les Miles to get the job and bring back former Tennessee QB Tee Martin as offensive coordinator:

Fulmer was rumored to have contacted Miles over the weekend, though nothing has emerged from that as of yet.

Meanwhile, Martin is the USC offensive coordinator and the Trojans are preparing for a Cotton Bowl matchup against Ohio State.

Will Fulmer hire Miles, or is he waiting for someone else? That remains to be seen, but the Vols’ search for a new coach could be coming to an end soon.
