When you’ve gotta go, you’ve gotta go, and sometimes the lines for the restroom seem unbearable.

At least that’s what happened at the FedEx Forum in Memphis on Saturday afternoon, as a man was arrested for defecating behind a concession stand during No. 3 Tennessee’s win over Memphis.

Per a report from WREG, 46-year-old Royce Thomos Lodholz was arrested for indecent exposure during the game:

A security guard was making her way from a stairwell and saw the man, later identified as 46-year-old Royce Thomos Lodholz, squatting behind a concession stand. She went over to Lodholz and found that he had his pants off his body, exposing himself to several people walking nearby, and was defecating on the floor.

Perhaps he was celebrating the fact that the Vols could soon rise to No. 2 in the polls?

Either way, now he has a charge of indecent exposure since he wasn’t able to use the proper restrooms.
