Many Tennessee fans are fed up with coach Butch Jones, especially after the past two weeks — a heartbreaking loss to Florida and a narrow win over 0-5 UMass.

Jones is perhaps on the hottest seat in the SEC and a game against No. 7 Georgia this weekend looms large.

However, he still has at least one big-name supporter in legendary Tennessee QB Peyton Manning, who said on 3HL on Wednesday that he has Jones’s back:

Obviously, it wouldn’t be a good look if one of the best players in school history was calling for a coaching change, so Manning’s stance is no surprise.

But, if Jones continues to struggle, even Manning’s support likely won’t be enough to help him keep his job.
