The No. 1 basketball prospect in Tennessee has decided to stay in the Volunteer State and play for Rick Barnes.

Webb School (Bell Buckle, Tennessee) shooting guard Keon Johnson announced his pledge to the Tennessee Volunteers with a Tuesday night tweet saying “i’m staying home,” captioning a graphic saying he is committed to UT.

Listed at 6-5, 180 pounds, Johnson is rated the No. 6 shooting guard and No. 31 prospect overall nationally in the class of 2020 on the 247Sports Composite. He has 13 scholarship offers, committing to the Vols over Auburn, Florida, Vanderbilt and others.

Johnson is the second commitment for UT’s 2020 class, joining 4-star small forward Corey Walker. Check out Johnson’s announcement and highlights below:
