Clark Lea and several members of his program helped load supplies to deliver to tornado victims in Kentucky as Vanderbilt joined efforts to help people impacted by last weekend’s storms.
“Our program loaded up the equipment truck with supplies this morning, and it’s en route to Northside Baptist Church in Mayfield.”
The people affected in Western Kentucky will get an infusion of relief in part from a telethon the Kentucky athletics department is involved with on Tuesday night. Men’s basketball coach John Calipari earlier on “The Paul Finebaum Show” predicted it will be the department’s largest ever fundraiser.
