Continuing our late-season daily series looking at the recruiting circuit in the SEC, we analyze the conference’s top interior linemen (offensive guard/center) commits for the 2015 recruiting class. Alabama tops the list with three of the top-5 SEC offensive guard commits. Auburn and Florida also have multiple players listed in the top-12.

SEC’s Top Commits Series

Using each player’s 247Sports Composite rating, here’s how the SEC’s top interior lineman commits stack up and where they stand nationally against other standouts at the same position:

1. ALABAMA- Lester Cotton: 6-4, 325, Tuscaloosa, Ala., OG, Four-Star (1): Cotton is the top interior lineman of the 2015 recruiting class. His best skills include run blocking, punch and strength. Cotton needs to improve his body quickness and lateral movement before enrolling at Alabama.

2. ALABAMA- Richie Petitbon: 6-4, 301, Washington, DC, OG, Four-Star (3)

3. ALABAMA- Dallas Warmack: 6-2, 306, Atlanta, Ga., OG, Four-Star (9)

4. AUBURN- Tyler Carr: 6-5, 311, Gadsen, Ala., OG, Four-Star (10): Carr has the size to make an immediate impact at Auburn. However, he still needs to improve in several areas including pass blocking, footwork and lateral movement.

5. ALABAMA- Brandon Kennedy: 6-2.5, 295, Wetumpka, Ala., OG, Four-Star (15)

6. SOUTH CAROLINA- Zack Bailey: 6-5, 315, Summerville, SC., OG, Four-Star (16): Bailey ranks as the No. 286 overall player and No. 5 prospect from South Carolina. His coaches have compared his skill set to former NFL players Kevin Long and Jamar Nesbit.

7. ARKANSAS- Zach Rogers: 6-2, 297, Carrollton, Texas, OG, Four-Star (19)

8. MISSOURI- AJ Harris, 6-4, 297, Stillwell, Kan., OG, Three-Star (23): Harris is the No. 1 player from the state of Kansas. His best attribute is his strength and he has a solid punch. Harris must improve his footwork and body quickness before jumping to the next level.

9. AUBURN- Marquel Harrell, 6-3, 295, Fairburn, Ga., OG, Three Star (24)

10. FLORIDA- Tyler Jordan: 6-4, 280, Jacksonville, Fla., OC, Three-Star (6)

11. MISSISSIPPI STATE- Darryl Williams: 6-4, 304, Bessemer, Ala., OC, Three-Star (8): Williams ranks as the No. 15 player from the state of Alabama. His best attribute is his strength and has solid footwork and pass blocking skills.

12. FLORIDA- Brandon Sandifer: 6-4, 335, Warner Robins, Ga., OG, Three-Star (31)
