Make that two de-commitments for South Carolina on Monday.

Three-star inside linebacker JaCorey Morris de-committed from the Gamecocks not long after three-star cornerback/receiver Tre Jackson did the same.

News of Morris’ decision came from his high school coach, who told SportsTalk in South Carolina.

The 6-foot-3, 220-pounder out of Alabama had committed to the school’s Class of 2016 in August. He has received offers from three other SEC schools in Ole Miss, Mississippi State and Kentucky along with South Carolina’s in-state rival, Clemson.

Morris is rated as the No. 23 inside linebacker in the recruiting cycle, according to 247Sports.com’s composite rankings.
