Georgia’s backfield will be absolutely stacked with talent and depth in 2017.

News broke Thursday — with Nick Chubb and Sony Michel announcing that both will return for their senior seasons. Couple that with super sophomores Elijah Holyfield and Brian Herrien, and there likely won’t be many carries left beyond this quartet.

However, this isn’t stopping current running back recruits from committing to Georgia. One of the Bulldogs’ best recruits in the 2017 class is running back D’Andre Swift.

Ranked as the No. 36 player in the country, the Philadelphia native is not going to be turned off by the loaded depth chart. In fact, he’s welcoming it:

Fellow 2017 commitment Malik Herring praised Swift for his positivity:

Georgia currently has the No. 3 class in the country. Based upon the talent within this class — and the backfield — Kirby Smart is trying to build a true juggernaut in the SEC East.
