Kentucky lands commitment from 2018 K Chance Poore
Kentucky K Austin MacGinnis has been the Wildcats’ primary kicker since 2014, but he’ll graduate after the 2017 season.
On Tuesday, coach Mark Stoops and the Wildcats landed a 2018 kicker who may just become MacGinnis’s replacement.
Chance Poore, a kicker from South Carolina who is unranked by 247Sports, announced his decision on Twitter Tuesday evening:

Though “Poore” isn’t exactly the last name you want for a kicker, it seems the Wildcats are happy to have him on board.
He’ll have a lot to live up to following in MacGinnis’s footsteps, though, as the rising senior has made 50 field goals over the past three seasons.
