A woman escorted out of Hard Rock Stadium Saturday night during the Virginia Tech-Miami game has been charged with felony battery for her reported behavior with police.

Bridget Freitas, a 30-year-old nurse, according to the Associated Press, was charged after authorities escorted her out of the stadium, she smacked an officer and he slugged her in the face.

Video of the incident from Barstool Sports quickly spread Saturday night on social media.

The AP reported that Miami-Dade Police Detective Alvaro Zabaleta said in an email Sunday that the department is examining the video to make sure proper procedures were followed. Jail records did not show Freitas being held Sunday afternoon.

The incident happened during Miami’s win over Virginia Tech as the Hurricanes moved to 8-0, and extended the longest winning streak in the country to 13 games.
