A somewhat surprising undefeated showdown is set for Saturday night in Lexington when Mississippi State visits Kentucky.

Kentucky RB Benny Snell said he’s looking forward to the Cats’ game against Mississippi State, and to possibly avenge last year’s 45-7 loss. Snell, in the post-game following the win over Murray State, said the Bulldogs are a strong defense that “swarms” to the ball, and that Kentucky “beat ourselves” last year.

“I’m going to run on any team, you could be an NFL team, my college team, it don’t matter,” Snell said. “This offense don’t fear nobody. I’m looking forward to it. I know they’re good, but our offense is good, too.”

Mississippi State RB Kylin Hill simply replied with a series of emojis to a tweet from Ben Roberts of the Lexington Herald-Leader, which linked to a video clip of Snell’s comments.
