LISTEN: Could Alabama beat the Bills? Aaron Murray and Chris Childers weigh in
There’s long been a debate as to whether the Alabama Crimson Tide could beat an NFL team.
Usually that NFL team is the Cleveland Browns, but this year, the Buffalo Bills look like the worst team in the NFL.
On Tuesday, former Georgia QB (and current CBS Sports analyst) Aaron Murray discussed whether the Tide could beat the Bills on ESPN Radio on SiriusXM with Chris Childers, which you can hear below:
There are currently 32 teams in the @NFL@ChildersRadio thinks that @AlabamaFTBL could easily be #33

“Go watch Alabama. That is a team with NFL guys all over it — they are an NFL franchise,” Childers said. “That’s the way they’re run, it’s the way they play. It’s the talent level they have.”
“I would say Alabama vs. the Buffalo Bills tomorrow — that’s a single-digit score difference there,” Murray added.
“I’d take Bama,” Childers says.
“I would too,” Murray concludes.
Obviously, we’ll never get to see this fantasy matchup, but the Tide are certainly stacked and the Bills, well, aren’t.
