Playing in the NFL is difficult enough. Now, imagine playing in the NFL while also having a fractured shoulder.

That’s what Oakland Raiders rookie running back Josh Jacobs is currently doing. The former Alabama standout revealed on Snapchat earlier this week that he’s had a shoulder fracture since Week 7 of the season, which is now entering Week 14.

Jacobs’ Snapchat video was later shared on Twitter:

Even though Jacobs is injured, he’s still having a strong season. Through 12 games, he has 1,061 yards, which ranks fourth in the NFL, and seven touchdowns on the ground.

And the injury hasn’t slowed him down of late, as Jacobs has rushed for more than 100 yards in five of his last eight games. That includes last week when he ran for 104 yards against the Kansas City Chiefs.

“I have been around people before who have had injuries where I think, ‘I wish they would’ve played through that,'” Raiders quarterback Derek Carr said, according to AL.com’s Mark Inabinett. “If Josh wasn’t able to play, I would completely understand considering what he’s dealing with. That he keeps suiting up and going out there and running with the style he runs with — I don’t think enough can be said about that guy.”

Jacobs will look to continue his strong season as the Raiders host the Tennessee Titans on Sunday at 4:25 p.m. ET on CBS.
