Nick Saban discusses crowd noise, enjoying the win after rout of Tennessee
Nick Saban and the Alabama Crimson Tide had some tense moments on Saturday night against Tennessee, holding a narrow 24-17 lead heading into the fourth quarter.
However, the Tide pulled away late, outscoring the Vols 28-7 in the final frame to earn a 52-24 victory. It was Alabama’s 15th win over Tennessee in a row.
After the game, Saban spoke with the media, crediting the crowd and more. Here’s some of what the Alabama coach had to say in his postgame press conference:
On the Alabama home crowd:
Nick Saban: I think our crowd was fantastic, had an impact on the game, especially the student section.

Said the thing he's improved on is being a consistent receiver. "I think he's done a fantastic job of that."
