Chase Daniel has made nearly $41 million in NFL salary during his 14-year NFL career despite throwing just 261 passes (completing 178).

Before the Los Angeles Chargers quarterback started his lucrative career as a journeyman in the NFL, he was a Heisman contender at Missouri, leading the Tigers top a top-five finish in 2007.

Now he is willing to buy the bar…for two hours at least.

I’m not sure if this will provide much extra motivation for the players, given they would still likely be doing post-game media and catching up with their families two hours after such a big upset. But the student body is going to be excited. Missouri hasn’t beaten Georgia since 2014 and has never beaten the Bulldogs at home.

Missouri plays Georgia from Faurot Field on Saturday night at 7:30 p.m. ET.
