Early Signing Day proved to be an early start again as recruits and programs looked for the first signee to kick off a busy day around the country.

There were plenty of early headlines to watch as news came into program facilities around 7 a.m. ET on Wednesday.

A Florida 5-star commit said he would not sign on Wednesday after all. Meanwhile, South Carolina picked up a surprise addition to its class from a former Texas A&M commit.
