Former Alabama players in the NFL combine for TD record
Alabama alums have combined for a record-setting week in the NFL. According to the @BamaProUpdates Twitter account, former Crimson Tide players have combined for 10 touchdowns, an all-time high for former UA players in the pros.
Among the highlight scores:
Derrick Henry got things off to a big start with a four-touchdown performance, including a 99-yard run.
Another former Alabama ball-carrier, Kenyan Drake, came up with a highlight touchdown run Sunday, going the distance for Miami on it’s miraculous win over the Patriots.
Former Alabama WR Amari Cooper has recorded two receiving touchdowns for Dallas in a game against the Eagles heading to overtime.
The Sunday night game features the Chicago Bears against the Los Angeles Rams with the Minnesota Vikings and Seattle Seahawks playing Monday night.
Another Amari Cooper TD catch from Dak Prescott and that’s 10 NFL touchdowns for former Alabama players so far this week. That’s a UA record per the great @BamaProUpdates
