This week, Auburn coach Bryan Harsin has been busy on the recruiting trails, adding key pieces to the 2021 class.

On Tuesday night, the Tigers landed their latest player, a long snapper out of Connecticut.

As you can see below, Kyle Vaccarella took to Twitter to announce he was joining the Tiger program:

Per 247Sports, he’s presumed to be a preferred walk-on at this point. He reportedly turned down a full scholarship from Texas Tech.

He has yet to be rated by the major recruiting services, but RubioLongSnapping.com has him rated as a 6-star long-snapper. Per the RubioLongSnapping.com site, being a 6-star prospect means the player has “perfect mentality, size, athleticism, spiral, speed and consistency. Freshman Year Starter at any College/University, All-Conference on Day 1 of College, Scholarship Pick.”
