Tank Bigsby reportedly makes quick decision on future after entering transfer portal
Auburn fans received some big news on Monday regarding the future plans of running back Tank Bigbsy.
Earlier on Monday, it was reported that the Tigers’ leading rusher had entered the transfer portal, joining Bo Nix and Indiana-bound Shaun Shivers.
Of course, a player is free to leave the transfer portal should he desire to do so and return to his original program. Fortunately for Tigers fans, that’s exactly was Bigsby has apparently done as he will reportedly return to the Plains in 2022, according to On3’s Justin Hokanson.
Bryan Harsin and his staff have performed their best recruiting job to date. Tank Bigsby, who was expected to transfer, has now decided to remain at Auburn.
“We had to sell him on our vision,” a source said.

Bigsby recorded 10 touchdowns and 1,003 yards on 207 carries in 2021 and made 16 catches for 116 yards. Next season is pivotal for him as he is set to be a prime RB target in the 2023 NFL Draft.
