Thunder & Lightning. Rafael Palmeiro and Will Clark. Mississippi State’s iconic, dynamic duo helped put Bulldogs Baseball on the map, but the program has long been one of the SEC’s best.
In 1985, Clark added his name to the list of Golden Spikes Award winners. But the program’s high-water mark came in 2021, when they won the College World Series.
