The administration made a mockery of itself when they first hired him by getting way ahead of themselves by all but guaranteeing success with that corny untitled national plaque. Might as well just jinx us from the getgo. Then we started acting like we were big shots before we played like it. We pulled a tu and got cake in our faces. Now..after a big gulp of humblepie...let's hope we can have reasonable expectations and build from the ground up a true national championship caliber program and stop getting ahead of ourselves and pretending we're already there.

I'm a huge myles Garrett fan and apologist, but I too was disappointed in myles allowing one man to alter his agenda for the day. Maybe booger is biased, maybe not, but just as a man .. While you can and usually are more mature to avoid undesired controversy,you also need to know when you stand your ground. By backing out the way he did, it smelled just a little of arrogance and mental intimidation. This is how life is going to be now my man...

Sumlin complimented Alabama in almost every way possible and simply said the momentum shift really put them down for the count.
