Is Bama hungry? I ran into a M fan bound for the game in my local food store. I don’t think we need a complete and balanced game, but we do need a couple performance players to beat these (minority) cheating folks.

The dream is alive. I will now refrain from. Nursing the other team.

We ain’t the best team, but I’m riding high. Allman Brothers are playing.

Well… ****. We got beat fairly, and there is no other way to say it: Texas came to our house and ate our biscuits and gravy.

Pretty sure he was just making a reference to Private Pyle from Full Metal Jacket… pretty much the most well-known Marine of any rank in American film, not insulting privates everywhere.

Kind of difficult to rate any of those acts against those that have come out of Nashville over the years. After all, Elvis did bang out a few hundred songs there. I hear a few famous acts have come out of there since…. And in the interests of stirring the pot, Greg and Duane Allman are from the area as well.

Nonplussed bammer here. Feels kind of good to not be so much in the spotlight. Congratulations to Georgia and Kirby.

Shrug. I’m sad we couldn’t pull out another championship season, but OK that the four teams contending earned their chance. If Bama had only one close loss I would be screaming.

As a bush league Bama fan, I don’t know what to think. The expectation of not only making the playoff but winning a championship poisons everyone’s evaluation of Alabama football.
