Orange and woo: Florida wins Ric Flair social media poll for Nature Boy’s fandom

Over the last couple of years, legendary wrestler Ric Flair has been a vocal supporter of the Georgia Bulldogs. Flair fans on social media, however, are calling on him to switch sides (again) in the Cocktail Party rivalry.
Flair recently posted a Twitter poll asking whether he should support Florida, Georgia or Auburn, three schools his stepchildren attend, tagging Kirby Smart, Gus Malzahn and Dan Mullen. Florida won the vote in a landslide with 64.2 percent.

The official Twitter accounts of Florida athletics actively campaigned for the votes, pointing out Flair previously sported UF boxers when wrestling and called the Gators “the best thing in the football world” in a video shot from The Swamp:

Flair has not yet tweeted about the poll results, so we don’t know for sure if “We Are The Boys” includes the Nature Boy. One would expect Flair’s past UGA support would be forgiven if he returns to wearing orange and blue.
