The NFL Draft isn’t officially until April, but as long as Cincinnati holds onto the No. 1 pick, it’s safe to assume LSU QB Joe Burrow is a future Bengal. One Cincinnati steakhouse is already celebrating the Heisman Trophy winner.

Jeff Ruby of his namesake steakhouse recently unveiled the Steak Burrow, a 16-ounce blackened prime ribeye with creole crawfish sauce, via his Twitter account. While the creole crawfish sauce serves as a nod to Burrow’s time at LSU, Ruby didn’t forget the quarterback’s Ohio roots. For each steak sold, Ruby’s Steakhouse will donate $9 to the Athens County Food Pantry. LSU’s No. 9 referencing area poverty and hunger in Athens County, Ohio during his Heisman Trophy acceptance speech led to an outpouring of donations to the food pantry.
“I was inspired by Joe’s words and that led to Steak Burrow being added to the menu at my downtown Cincinnati steakhouse,” Ruby said in a press release, per WCPO.
