North Dakota State plans to attach cloth face masks to its football helmets

It appears the teams from the Southeastern Conference plan to use splash guards this season, as LSU shared on Friday.

That apparently won’t be the case for FCS powerhouse program, North Dakota State.

According to North Dakota State head coach Matt Entz, his team plans to attach cloth face masks to the team’s helmets.

Dom Izzo, the sports director over at WDAY Sports shared the following images on Twitter of the face masks North Dakota State plans to use. According to Izzo, Oklahoma also plans on using these cloth face masks as the Sooners returned to the practice field for the first time on Friday.
