Danny Kanell loves to relish in SEC losses, especially in high-profile games like the College Football Playoff semifinals and Rose Bowl on Monday night.

The former Florida State quarterback who is now a broadcaster for CBS Sports and Sirius XM enjoyed Michigan’s win over Alabama by trolling the Crimson Tide with its own battle cry. LANK stands for “Let All Naysayers Know.”

He then added, “Michigan was clearly the better team. Deserved to win.”

It was especially sweet for Kanell since his beloved undefeated Florida State Seminoles were left out of the Playoff after Alabama beat Georgia in the SEC Championship Game. After all, it was Kanell who had his top 4 entering the final Playoff reveal as Washington, Michigan, Florida State and Texas. He made sure to add “if the committee has any credibility or integrity…”

But his frustration boiled over on Saturday when Georgia routed Florida State in the Orange Bowl, and he proposed a complete shakeup of the bowl schedule.
