The Alabama dynasty is alive and well following another championship under Nick Saban.

After sneaking into the Playoff with the No. 4 seed, Alabama put up a dominant defensive showing in a semifinal win over Clemson. While the Tide would allow more points to Georgia in the National Championship Game, the defense would step up multiple times in the second half to pave the way for a remarkable comeback.

The win gives Saban his fifth national title with the Crimson Tide, and Alabama is already dominating the early projections for next season. @OddsShark shared the early betting odds to win the national championship next season from Bovada on Twitter, and Alabama leads everyone with 11/4 odds.

Rounding out the top four teams in terms of odds are Clemson at 6/1 and Georgia and Ohio State, both at 15/2 odds. The strides made for Georgia during Kirby Smart’s second season were certainly impressive, and the Bulldogs should be poised to make some noise again next season.

Auburn (20/1) and LSU (25/1) were the only other SEC teams with odds better than 30/1 for next season.

Texas A&M (33/1), Florida (50/1), Mississippi State and Missouri (both at 100/1), and South Carolina (150/1) were the next teams featured on the odds list.

Tennessee (250/1), Arkansas (500/1), Kentucky (500/1), Ole Miss (500/1), and Vanderbilt (500/1) brought up the rear in terms of odds. It should be noted that Ole Miss was given odds even though the Rebels are banned from postseason play next year.
