Transfers have become such commonplace in today’s college football landscape that coming up with a list of a few dozen impact transfers for the coming season can easily be compiled.
To prove that point, ESPN college football writer Adam Rittenberg did just that this week for the Worldwide Leader in Sports. In total, Rittenberg included nine players, and potentially a 10th, that could likely play for new programs in the SEC in the coming season. Two of those players, Van Jefferson and Trevon Grimes, are still waiting to hear if they will be eligible for the 2018 season.
Former Ohio State quarterback Joe Burrow was also mentioned on the list, however, he has yet to publicly announce his transfer destination.
Here is every SEC player mentioned on ESPN’s list, as well as their career collegiate stats heading into the 2018 season:
Breiden Fehoko, DL – 38 tackles, 7.5 tackles-for-loss, two sacks in two seasons at Texas Tech.
