Tennessee and Kentucky will duke it out Saturday in a classic SEC East rivalry.

The Vols are coming off a tough loss against Alabama, but Josh Heupel and his team have excelled at bouncing back from losses over the last 3 years, so they’ll be gunning for a big game.

Kentucky has suffered back-t0-back blowout losses, but is coming off a bye week and looking to get its season back on track. A win over its rivals to the south would certainly help with that.

The Wildcats have the home-field advantage in this matchup, and Tennessee has struggled on the road this season. Kentucky will be hoping the Kroger Field Crowd can help them out.

Ahead of the game, ESPN’s SP+ predicted the final score for the matchup.

ESPN’s SP+ is a predictive measure that assesses the most predictable aspects of the game.

SP+ favors Tennessee in this one, but not by much. It gives the Vols a 53% chance to win with a projected win margin of 1.1 points and a final score of 26-25.

Vols’ fans are certainly hoping Tennessee can come out with a bigger win than projected, but Kentucky fans are hoping the projection won’t be accurate.

The game between the Vols and Wildcats kicks off at  7 p.m. ET Saturday night.
