Pat McAfee and Rece Davis will bring a RedZone-like edition to the coverage of college football Saturday night contests this weekend. The ESPN analyst shared the exciting news during a recent edition of The Pat McAfee Show.

“We can’t wait for it,” McAfee said. “It’s a beautiful time to be alive.”

The show will air on 7:30 p.m. EST on ESPN2 as games such as LSU-Alabama, Washington-USC, Purdue-Michigan, and Kansas-Iowa State take place.

ESPN’s primetime slate features the final edition of The Pat McAfee Show’s alternate telecasts for the 2023 regular season, as CFB Primetime with The Pat McAfee Show is set for 7:30 p.m. on ESPN2. The offering will originate from the show’s ThunderDome headquarters in Indianapolis, Ind., as Rece DavisPat McAfee and the cast of The Pat McAfee Show whips around to every evening matchup on ESPN platforms in Week 10.

McAfee, also a member of College GameDay, has vaulted into becoming 1 of the most popular personalities at ESPN since returning to the network. McAfee played as a punter for the Indianapolis Colts from 2009-16 and earned 2 trips to the Pro Bowl.

This should be a fun weekend for the RedZone experiment and it will be interesting to see how all the action unfolds simultaneously.
