We’ve at the halfway mark of the college football season and already there’s been tons of thrilling action. CBS recently released its Midseason All-America team and the SEC earned 10 players on the list.

The list includes LSU wide receiver Malik Nabers, Missouri wide receiver Luther Burden III, Georgia tight end Brock Bowers, Alabama defensive end/EDGE Dallas Turner, Texas A&M linebacker Edgerrin Cooper, Georgia safety Malaki Starks, Alabama defensive back Kool-Aid McKinstry, Auburn safety Jaylin Simpson, Alabama kicker Will Reichard, and Texas A&M punt returner Ainias Smith.

Nabers is No. 1 in the nation with 122.9 receiving yards per game as well as having 19 receptions of at least 20 yards. Nabers is also No. 3 the country in receptions (52).

Burden III is tops in the Power 5 in receptions (56) and yards after the catch (489). Burden III is first in the FBS in yards per route run, according to Pro Football Focus.

Bowers, who might miss 4-6 weeks because of an ankle injury, leads Georgia with 41 receptions for 567 yards and 5 touchdowns.

Turner is No. 1 on Alabama in sacks (7), tackles for loss (9.5), quarterback hurries (10) and forced fumbles (2). Cooper leads FBS with 13.5 tackles for loss.

Starks is the only safety in the nation to rank in the top 15 for coverage grade and run defense grade, according to Pro Football Focus. McKinstry has notched 15 solo tackles with 4 pass deflections.

Simpson is No. 2 in the country for safeties with 4 interceptions and is 5th on Auburn with 20 total tackles. Reichard has made all 13 of his field goals and extra point attempts (21) on the year.

Smith has 263 punt return yards along with a touchdown on special teams. As a receiver, Smith also has 27 receptions for 451 yards.
