The Rock on Tennessee’s campus is a place where fans can express their thoughts on what’s going on in Knoxville and, in a lot of cases, with the football team.

On Sunday, the message was against the hiring of Ohio State DC Greg Schiano, based on his past at Penn State. On Monday, there was another anti-Schiano message, but this time, AD John Currie came under fire, too.

As you can see below, the message says “Wrong Bucs coach,” referring to the fact that Tennessee fans wanted Jon Gruden, not Schiano, as their next head coach. It also ends with a #FireCurrie hashtag:

As Currie scrambles to find a new coach after the Schiano fiasco, it’ll be interesting to see who the Vols attempt to hire next.

Will it be met with the same level of vitriol the Schiano news was? That remains to be seen, but Currie is probably on thin ice in Knoxville.
