Recently, both David Pollack and Aaron Murray — a pair of Georgia legends — came out and said new Tennessee coach Jeremy Pruitt was disrespectful to coach Mark Richt during his time as a Georgia assistant.

Pruitt has already responded, and Alabama coach Nick Saban has vouched for Pruitt’s character during his time with the Crimson Tide.

Now, Tennessee TE Eli Wolf has come out and said he supports his new coach, adding that there’s no reason for the Vols to have anything but respect for their coach at the moment:

As one of the team’s leaders, Wolf’s sentiments are likely echoed by most of the players in the Tennessee locker room.

What Pruitt did at Georgia to draw such criticism may never be known if someone doesn’t speak in more specific terms, but for now, he’s the guy in Knoxville and has earned positive reviews so far.
