Auburn cornered the market on the SEC’s top outside linebacker signees. In fact, Auburn signed three of the SEC’s top five outside linebackers. Auburn also signed the SEC’s top outside linebacker in Jeffery Holland.

Editor’s note: Saturday Down South’s references to ratings follow the 247Sports.com composite rankings.

1. Jeffery Holland, Auburn (Jacksonville, FL)
The Skinny: Auburn snuck in late and landed Jeffery Holland in the 2015 recruiting class. Holland is a boss off the edge, and he’ll give the Tigers a big hand in their pass rushing, which has to improve in 2015. Holland is a bigger outside linebacker at 6-2, 230 pounds, and assuming he qualities, Holland should play right away.

2. Adonis Thomas, Alabama (Lawrenceville, GA)
The Skinny: Adomis Thomas was courted hard down the stretch by the Florida Gators, but he stayed committed to Alabama. Thomas enters an already-stacked depth chart in Tuscaloosa, and we’ll see just how long it takes for him to make an impact. Thomas may be a redshirt candidate in 2015.

3. Darrell Williams, Auburn (Birmingham, AL)
The Skinny: Darrell Williams is a different type of linebacker than Jeffery Holland. Williams is more suited to play in space and in pass coverage than Holland, and he’ll be a major asset in Will Muschamp’s defense. Williams is one of the best tacklers of the 2015 recruiting class.

4. Richard McBryde, Auburn (Troy, AL)
The Skinny: Richard McBryde is Auburn’s third outside linebacker in the top five. McBryde is slightly more athletic than Darrell Williams, but he may not be the pass rusher Jeffery Holland is. All three linebackers complement one another.

5. Quart’e Sapp, Tennessee (Alpharetta, GA)
The Skinny: Tennessee dipped down into Georgia to nab Quart’e Sapp, and he’ll be a good one. Although his 200 pound frame won’t wow you just yet, Sapp is a big-time athlete with speed, range and good tackling instincts.
