Week 4 of college football is here! We’ve got 50 things on our mind that we have to bounce off you entering this week’s action. Enjoy!

    1. What’s the more impressive 24 out of 25: Greyson Lambert’s 24 of 25 completed passes against South Carolina, or his girlfriend? (That one is courtesy of commenter TexDAWG, everyone)
    2. What will end up being the game of the week: Tennessee-Florida, Mississippi State-Auburn or Texas A&M-Arkansas?
    3. Will Florida make it 40 straight wins against Tennessee and Kentucky combined?
    4. Since it’s called the Carrier Dome, it’s appropriate to ask what will Leonard Fournette carry more of this weekend: the ball or Syracuse defenders?
    5. Can Missouri post a double-digit scoring effort this week?
    6. Speaking of scoring, did anyone see that Memphis beat Cincinnati 53-46 on Thursday night and think college basketball season had already started?
    7. South Carolina faces lowly 0-3 Central Florida. Would you call that a must-win game or a must-not-lose game?
    8. The Central Florida basketball program calls its arena “The Knightmare.” Is it about time they call the football stadium that, too, with the way they’re playing?
    9. When Kliff Kingsbury said the “he got his a– kicked twice in a row” comment about Bret Bielema, did he not know which team he was facing this week? It’s only No. 3 TCU and Trevone Boykin, who threw for a school-record seven touchdowns and 433 yards in an 82-27 win over Texas Tech last October. The 82 points were a Big 12 record. Will that statement apply to the Red Raiders after this week?
    10. By the way, over/under is 80.5 in that game. What do you say?
    11. What happened to nicknames in college football? Leonard Fournette and Nick Chubb still don’t even have one. Meanwhile, Derrick Henry’s is “El Tractorcito?”
    12. Can Louisiana Monroe make it back-to-back losses in payback games for Nick Saban?
    13. LSU is ranked No. 8 in the AP Poll despite two wins over ranked opponents. Can you guess how many the seven teams ahead of them have combined? The answer is three (Michigan State vs No. 7 Oregon, Ole Miss vs No. 2 Alabama and Notre Dame vs No. 14 Georgia Tech).
    14. Is it even more surprising that Baylor, which is 2-0 like LSU, is No. 5 despite beating the likes of SMU and Lamar?
    15. Does Trae Elston record an interception for a fourth straight game against Vanderbilt?
    16. Can the Commodores call on their 2012 win over Ole Miss? Since then, the Rebels have won 10 straight at home against unranked opponents.
    17. Which running back will have the most impressive performance: Leonard Fournette (at Syracuse), Nick Chubb (vs. Southern) or Derrick Henry (vs. Louisiana Monroe)?
    18. How crazy is it that QB Treon Harris and CB Jalen Tabor, the two players that keyed Florida’s 10-9 win over Tennessee last season were suspended the week leading up to this year’s matchup? Remember that Harris came in for Jeff Driskel at QB, and Tabor had the critical forced fumble and recovery.
    19. The Pac-12 has both ranked matchups in Week 4. Which are you most interested in: No. 9 UCLA at No. 16 Arizona or No. 18 Utah at No. 13 Oregon?
    20. Neither?
    21. This might be decided in a couple weeks, but which team has the better running back tandem: Georgia with Nick Chubb and Sony Michel or Alabama with Derrick Henry and Kenyan Drake?
    22. Is Brian Kelly the coach of the year to this point? His team is No. 6 in the AP Poll and is 3-0 coming off a 30-22 win over No. 14 Georgia Tech despite losing six players to season-ending injuries.
    23. With Cardale Jones and J.T. Barrett not meeting expectations, does anyone else think there’s a chance that Braxton Miller gets a start at some point?
    24. Are the Buckeyes able to wait to hit their stride until a little less than a week before Thanksgiving when they face Michigan State on Nov. 21?
    25. Was that their Christmas present from last year?
    26. Do they cover the spread against Western Michigan, currently at a massive -32.5?
    27. Is it a little surprising that Vegas has installed Auburn as a 2-point favorite against Mississippi State despite the Tigers’ struggles and a redshirt freshman making his debut?
    28. Does Steve Sarkisian’s USC squad fall to 0-2 in Pac-12 play and get essentially eliminated from the Pac-12 South race?
    29. Will Kansas or Rutgers fans even be watching when the two play on Saturday?
    30. Arizona has beaten an AP Top 10 team in each of the past three seasons. Can they do it again this week by beating No. 9 UCLA?
    31. Would you guess that Missouri has the third-longest active win streak in road games? The longest is Ohio State with 14 followed by Florida State with 13.
    32. Which of these memes is your favorite? Here is my vote.
      meme10
    33. Doesn’t it seem a little strange that the NFL is at 33-yard field goals and college football isn’t?
    34. With Dak Prescott a senior, is this season Dan Mullen’s best chance to take Mississippi State to the SEC title game?
    35. Did Vanderbilt receiver Trent Sherfield put everything he had into his performance against Austin Peay (16 catches, 240 receiving yards, TD) or does he have something left for Ole Miss?
    36. All but four Pac-12 teams already have one loss. Are we destined to have a two-loss Pac-12 champion?
    37. If so, will that keep the conference out of this year’s College Football Playoff?
    38. Is anyone as anxious as me to figure out if Texas A&M is for real or not?
    39. Have you ever wondered how Nick Saban would respond to a question asking if he occasionally makes things fun for his players at practice to mix things up? “The fun for me is winning.” So his answer is no.
    40. Is No. 11 Clemson ready to make some noise in the ACC with back-to-back home games against No. 6 Notre Dame and No. 20 Georgia Tech?
    41. Is Arkansas QB Brandon Allen really going to lead the SEC in passing this season after ranking 8th last season? He hadn’t recorded a 300-yard passing game until this season. Now, he’s averaging 305.3 yards.
    42. Is Jeff Driskel really averaging 315 passing yards through three games at Louisiana Tech after never throwing for over 300 at Florida? Yes, and he’s thrown seven touchdowns to one interception.
    43. Once again, you have to ask can Nick Chubb extend his streak of 100-yard rushing games? This week, he’s looking to stretch it to 12.
    44. What kind of electricity will we get from The Swamp this week against Tennessee? Will it be worthy of years past?
    45. Is it true that we all might as well get FanDuel and DraftKings tattooed on the inside of our eyelids? This week, SEC athletic directors made it very clear that they don’t want to have anything to do with sites like DraftKings or FanDuel. It sure seems like everyone in the free world wants everything to do with them.
    46. Would you guess the biggest high school football player in the country is 7-foot, 440 pounds and his nickname is Junior?
    47. Why are really huge guys nicknamed Junior, Shorty or Tiny?
    48. What, you thought the hype machine got turned off when Jeremy Johnson got benched? On the contrary, it’s in high gear! Trent Dilfer has already compared Sean White to Drew Brees, and trainer Ken Mastrole even went as far as comparing him to Tom Brady. Now the only thing us evil media folks have to do to ensure his future failure is start making his bronze bust for Canton…muuuahahahahahaaaaa!!!
    49. How often do you think former Ole Miss QB Eli Manning and his receivers, LSU alums Odell Beckham Jr. and Rueben Randle, exchange friendly trash talk these days?
    50. Is there anything better than SEC football?
