The No. 1-ranked player for the Class of 2017 among many recruiting services, Dylan Moses, has his top five schools. And there’s been a change at the top, according to ESPN’s Derek Tyson.

At first, the 6-2, 225-pound athlete from Baton Rouge (La.) University Laboratory School was looking at staying in state and going to LSU. However, the tide has changed as he now has Alabama as his top choice.

According to Tyson, Moses’ top five is Alabama, Georgia, Texas and UCLA with Oklahoma also a consideration, but the Sooners haven’t offered him yet. LSU no longer even makes his top five after the Tigers offered Moses when he was in 7th grade.

Based on the story from ESPN, LSU’s coaching turmoil is largely to blame for his shying away from the school.

According to Moses, he’ll make his decision known next year after the completion of the season.
