The constant theme through the first three weeks of the season is … Alabama.

The Crimson Tide entered the season as the No. 1 team, and after three weeks of football, Alabama is still at the top. In addition, the SEC West is the best division in the conference — by far, and the SEC East is weaker than we anticipated.

ESPN has the top three teams from the SEC West — Alabama, Texas A&M and Arkansas, and No. 2 and No. 3 square off this weekend. In addition, Florida and Tennessee play Saturday, too, and perhaps we’ll get a little separation in the East after Saturday.

Here’s ESPN’s Power Rankings heading into this weekend’s play:

1. Alabama
2. Texas A&M
3. Arkansas
4. Florida
5. Tennessee
6. Ole Miss
7. Georgia
8. LSU
9. Auburn
10. Missouri
11. Mississippi State
12. South Carolina
13. Vanderbilt
14. Kentucky
