Three-star JUCO DE Jay Johnson will reopen his recruitment after deciding to de-commit from Ole Miss.

Johnson, a 6-foot-4, 210-pound Mississippi native, announced his decision on Twitter on Tuesday night:

According to 247Sports, Johnson is the No. 5 JUCO weak-side defensive end in the class of 2017 and the No. 15 overall JUCO recruit from the state of Mississippi.

Johnson is currently enrolled at East Mississippi Community College.
