While it may seem like a long time until bowl season, it’s really not.

Once we get through May and June, SEC Media Days are around the corner. Then, we head right into fall camp in August. From there, the college football season is but a blip of time during the year. It’s like a carrot they dangle right before our eyes, and before we know it, it’s gone.

ESPN released its full 2017 bowl game schedule Wednesday, and it will televise more than 35 college football bowl games in December and January. Here are the games relevant to SEC fans:

  • Saturday, December 23: Birmingham Bowl, 12:00 p.m. (ESPN)
  • Wednesday, December 27: Texas Bowl, 9:00 p.m. (ESPN)
  • Thursday, December 28: Camping World Bowl, 5:15 p.m. (ESPN)
  • Friday, December 29: Franklin American Mortgage Music City Bowl, 4:30 p.m. (ESPN)
  • Saturday, December 30: TaxSlayer Bowl, 12:00 p.m. (ESPN)
  • Saturday, December 30: AutoZone Liberty Bowl, 12:30 p.m. (ABC)
  • Monday, January 1: Outback Bowl, 12:00 p.m. (ESPN2)
  • Monday, January 1: Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl, 12:30 p.m. (ESPN)
  • Monday, January 1: Citrus Bowl, 1:00 p.m., (ABC)
  • Monday, January 1: College Football Playoff Semifinal  at the Allstate Sugar Bowl, 8:45 p.m. (ESPN)
  • Monday, January 8: College Football Playoff National Championship Presented By AT&T, 8:00 p.m. (ESPN)
