One of the nation’s top quarterback prospects, five-star Justin Fields, will make a decision on which college to attend on Friday morning, Oct. 6.

Fields is rated as the nation’s No. 1 dual-threat QB recruit for the class of 2018, according to the 247Sports Composite. Moreover, he’s rated as the top overall prospect in the entire country, regardless of position.

Fields currently plays for Harrison High School in Kennesaw, Ga. He will make his college decision at a pep rally at the school Friday, a report from Atlanta’s FOX 5 Sports stated.

FOX 5 Sports confirmed that Fields’ final list of potential schools includes Auburn, Georgia and LSU out of the SEC, as well as Florida State.

Fields’ father, Pablo Fields, said Justin’s sister, Jaiden, has already committed to play softball at Georgia, but he insisted that doesn’t necessarily mean Justin will commit to the Bulldogs.

“You want your kids together if possible,” Pablo Fields told FOX 5 Sports. “But, you want the best for them. We do more and more research and it keeps coming back to the same place … something kept pointing back to this school and it’s the best fit. I think he’ll be content in his decision.”

One of these four schools is going to be awfully happy on Friday morning.
