It was bound to happen at some point.

UCF fans, celebrating the self-proclaimed national champion Knights, began the infamous chant that was heard throughout Penn State and other schools earlier this season. During the parade at Disney World to honor the Knights, many fans decided to join in on the “We Want ‘Bama” chant.

Remarkably, fans of various schools still seem to have no idea what they are actually wishing for. The Knights did have a solid season and beat Auburn in the Peach Bowl, but Alabama remains a different animal.

Yes, Auburn did beat Alabama this season, but that game was played in front of a hostile crowd at Jordan-Hare Stadium. A matchup with Alabama, on a neutral field, would be a totally different scenario for the Knights.

Orlando sports journalist Jason Beede shared the video on Twitter:

The chant didn’t work out great for Penn State this season as the Nittany Lions went on to lose back-to-back games to Ohio State and Michigan State, essentially eliminating them from the Playoff. We’ll have to wait and see how 2018 turns out for UCF.
