Isaiah Crowell signed a contract with the New York Jets this offseason, but after spending the first four years of his career in Cleveland, he knows a lot about playing for the Browns.

Now that fellow Georgia alum Nick Chubb is heading to Cleveland (he was a second-round pick in this year’s NFL Draft), Crowell offered some advice to the former Bulldog.

At a football camp hosted by Crowell, the new Jet gave Chubb some advice about playing in the AFC North (via The Ledger-Enquirer):

“I’d tell him to just run hard. It’s a tough division,” Crowell said. “He can get it done. I know he’s talented. He’s very capable of having a big year this year.”

In four years, Crowell has run for 3,118 yards and 21 touchdowns, so his advice is good when it comes to playing for the Browns.

We don’t know yet how big of a role Chubb will have, but he’ll get some action, and it’ll be up to him to run hard and make the most of it.
