The Kentucky Wildcats picked up a 34-23 win over Middle Tennessee on Senior Day, picking up win No. 8 on the impressive season.

However, after the game, junior LB Kash Daniel wasn’t happy with Kentucky fans, who didn’t fill Kroger Field on Saturday afternoon.

As you can see in the video below, Daniel says this year’s senior class deserved a much bigger turnout for all they’ve done for the program:

“Honestly, dude, I’m really disappointed,” he said. “That stadium should have been filled out to the max. You’ve got a ranked team, first eight-wins (season) since the ’80s. You got to see Josh Allen break a sack record here. And look at this, you’ve got Nebraska — a football powerhouse, wins national championships — still sells out 80,000-plus when they went 0-5. We’re bowl-eligible for the past three years in a row. And on Senior Day, this is the class that turned Kentucky football around.”

Those were strong words from the linebacker who is never afraid to share his mind, and perhaps it’ll be the kick Kentucky fans need. Sadly, that was the last home game of 2018, so we’ll see if Wildcat fans show up in force to the bowl game or not.
